SUMMER FLORALS
yeah you’ve seen these around lately; make it work this time with pastels. where the 50s/90s meet in retro cuts and shapes. go to the market in them. go out with them with some lacy tights; boyfriend blazer; and boots or chunky strapped heels to ‘man’ it up. either way it’s worth the investment. don’t buy new. thrift these. you’d be 20 times cooler than those who shopped for them rather than thrifted for them. have fun ;).
SUMMER FINDS:
-the crop tee (american apparel, or DIY. it’s NOT that hard)
-the high waisted shorts (not nautical; think 50s rockabilly) seersuckers; pinstripe denims; acid washes, etc.)
-the cigarette denims (yeah; i know skinnies. but paired with a loose crop top or dress will be a WHOLE different story. and dont forget to accessorize)
-the maxi (the ultmiate dress up/down dress; floor length or mini is fine. maxi is the style, not the LENGTH of it.)
-the jumper. (or romper, or whatever you wanna call it. get one. in linen. or sleeveless. of course a little more covered up or longer (as pictured) for the night time.)
